Calcium Bentonite Clay is also known as Montmorillonite Clay is composed of aged volcanic ash that acts in a very unique way by using negative charge to attract impurities out from the skin. It contains calcium, magnesium, sodium & a small amount of many other minerals.

How does it work?

When the clay is wet it swells and draws impurities and dirt into it like a sponge (similar to how chia seeds swell and soak up and liquid around them).

Directions on how to use Bentonite Clay as a Facial Mask:

1. Add hot water to the clay and a few drops of argan oil or any other moisturizer.
2. Apply the clay to your face making sure that you avoid the eye area.
3. Leave on for 20-30 min while keeping the mask wet by patting it with wet hands.
4. Remove the mask with a wet sponge or face cloth.

Will it Expire?

Bentonite Clay does not contain any ingredients that can expire – so it should last you a very long time.

Note: Calcium Bentonite Clay should be kept away from metal as the clay has the ability to absorb metals and will become less effective.
